Membership Agreement
Parties
This Membership Agreement is concluded between Tempest Labs and the User who registers on the platform. By accepting this agreement, the User agrees to benefit from the services provided on the platform.
Definitions
In this agreement, the “Platform” refers to the digital services provided under the domain tempestlabs.space. “User” refers to the real person who registers on the platform.
Membership Conditions
Users wishing to become members are required to provide accurate and complete information. Users who provide false information may have their membership suspended or canceled.
User Responsibilities
The user is responsible for the security of their account. They may not use another person's account without permission. Actions that may harm the platform are strictly prohibited.
Termination of Membership
The user may cancel their membership at any time. Tempest Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate this agreement.
Privacy and Personal Data
User data is protected under the Privacy Notice and is not shared with third parties.
Changes to the Agreement
Tempest Labs reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement without prior notice. The updated agreement becomes effective once published on the website.
Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to this agreement, and the Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
Acceptance
By registering on the platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
